Mr. Gregory Mann has an outstanding national and international reputation
regarding regulatory strategy, privatization planning, acquisition and merger
analysis, affiliate interests, organizational strategy and design, infrastructure
initiatives, and strategic market planning. He has been asked to advise on or
direct more than 60 projects including several international
telecommunication mergers, evaluation of the required acquisition due
diligence reviews, and merger and acquisition financing procurement. Mr.
Mann is a respected member of several professional organizations including
the Southeast European Economic Cooperative Initiative (Geneva,
Switzerland), the Bank for European Development and Reconstruction
